Balzhan Orazbayeva, research associate at the Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre, has been awarded a STIBET scholarship for engaged international PhD candidates funded by German Academic Exchange Service for 2017. The STIBET (The Scholarship and Assistance Programme for Foreign PhD Students) is financed by the Federal Foreign Office and intends to offer greater support and aid to foreign PhD students and postdocs. The primary aim of this financial support is to enable qualified and engaged international PhD students to concentrate on their research and develop their scientific potential.
