August 14, 2015

On 14. August 2015 the final event of the PUSH Münsterland Project took place in the Factory Hotel in Münster.

The goal of the PUSH project was to teach companies to create new value by innovative products-service integration. PSS (Product-Service Systems) will help companies to stay ahead of their competition.

The project was a huge success. “It is great to see, how our findings and research efforts have an immediate impact on local companies how they strive for immediate application”, stated Prof. Thomas Baaken, Director of the Science Marketing Centre. “The transfers of this innovation-lab will bring forward and push our economic region and will increase competitiveness against potential entrants e.g. from Asia”, declared Klaus Ehling, chairman of the Münsterland e.V.

In the past 12 month some 20 regional companies worked on combining their products with new integral services and presented on the final conference. The project was coordinated by Münsterland e.V. and scientifically managed by members of the Science-to-Business Marketing Research Centre S2BMRC of FH Münster and ERCIS of WWU Münster.
